Over the last 25 plus years I have coached hundreds of people to successfully achieve their goals.
I am authentically me, a bit of a maverick and a rebel but a bloody great coach. You won’t often catch me in a suit and my sessions are relaxed and fun. You are more likely to be meeting me in a coffee shop or on the beach than in an executive boardroom.
I work with anybody and my former clients have included Nurses, GPs, Lawyers, Care assistants, Chief Execs, Bar staff, Marketers and many more. The coaching principles are the same whoever you are – it is about YOU.
My background has been in health and social care and ranging from front line specialist support to those suffering from mental health, substance mis-use and domestic abuse through to senior roles in Change Management.
Although I have lived ‘down south’ for over 30 years I am a down-to-earth northerner at heart!
I misspent much of my youth in London (thank goodness this was pre mobile phones and pre social media!) and loved my time living and working in such a wonderfully diverse and cosmopolitan city.
There came a point for me though when the desire for more open spaces and a slower pace of life overtook my love of the City and I moved out to Dorset. Wow, was that a shock to my system for the first year or so!
Now I love it here, I spend much of my spare time outdoors, on the beach or walking in the surrounding countryside.
Dog walking, sea swimming (not in winter yet but watch this space…), Stand Up Paddleboarding, snorkelling, lazy summer evenings barbequeing on the beach and blustery wintry walks beachcombing …what’s not to love!
Ongoing Personal Development
As a coach I practice what I preach, my own personal development is ongoing and continuous and I love it.
I have read all the books, attended all the courses and continue to do so you don’t have to!
I am passionate about coaching and believe that if you apply the principles then you cannot fail to grow and develop into the best version of yourself that you can possibly be.
I am a full member of the Association for Coaching. The Association for Coaching (AC) was established in 2002 and is a leading independent and not-for- profit professional body dedicated to promoting best practice and raising awareness and standards of coaching worldwide.
